12 Week Transformation

With Coach Ryan's 12 Week Transformation Phase 3 System you will receive a step-by-step detailed program that will guide you to a new toner and stronger body. You will have a truly custom diet tailored to your body type that will change every time we do body assessments. This 12 week system is broken down in 3 phases:

Phase 1: Mindful Training/ Hypertrophy- This phase focuses on slow controlled reps to ensure that you utilize only the labor of your muscles and no momentum from faster reps. The neurophysiological (mind and muscle) connection will allow you to feel every muscle being worked within each exercise you do.

Phase 2: Strength & Power- This phase will focus on more compound and functional exercises. You will lift heavier at higher reps, you will incorporate Deadlifts, Bar Squats, explosive movements like Squat Jumps or Box Jumps.

Phase 3: Athleticism- This phase will focus on a combination of Phase 1 and 2 with added challenging movements to stimulate the central nervous system to ensure progress to the end of your 12 week transformation.

Who is This 12 Week Program For?

This program is for both men and women who are:

  • Between ages of 18 - 50
  • Already have a body fat percentage of 20% or under for men and 26% and under for women.
  • Have no problem prepping meals.
  • Vegans and vegetarians are welcome.
  • Anyone who is committed and ready to grab the bull by its horns.

Who I Can Not Work With

  • Anyone who DOES NOT have their daily stress managed.
  • Anyone who's schedule is too busy to fit at least one-hour workouts each workout day.
  • Anyone who is suffering from Hypo or Hyperthyroidism, andropause, or any other hormonal issues. I only work one-on-one in person with clientele with hormonal issues.
  • Anyone who has had their gallbladder removed or has an under active gallbladder.
