Do I need a lot of space?

No. We can get an incredible, full-body restorative workout in a living room, a garage, or even a backyard patio. All we need is enough room to move freely.

Do I need my own equipment?

I bring the essential tools for our session. However, if you have your own equipment (dumbbells, treadmill, Peloton), I can incorporate them into your personalized plan so you know how to use them effectively on your own.

Is this different from your online coaching?

Yes. This is 1-on-1, hands-on coaching. I am there to physically correct your form, monitor your intensity, and ensure you are safe during every movement.
